I used to suffer from a busy mind, full of mental clutter.
There was always the never ending to-do list. Feelings of over whelm, anxiety and scarcity were too familiar. For a long time I did not know there was another way to live.

My mentor disagreed. He suggested that I simplify my life and do less.
